Practical AI writing guides
Short, useful guides to planning, editing, and publishing content with OptiDraft.
Keep your own voice
Before generating, describe your audience and the tone you want. Add specific examples and terminology from your business. During editing, replace generic introductions with a clear reader problem and remove phrases you would never use yourself.
Build a useful outline
Start with the question your article answers. Group related ideas under descriptive headings and put the most useful information first. Remove sections that repeat earlier points. Read the outline on its own to check that it follows a logical sequence.
Fact-check your draft
Treat a generated article as a draft. Check dates, statistics, names, and quotations against reliable sources. Remove unsupported claims and verify every external link. For sensitive subjects, get an appropriate qualified reviewer before publishing.
Edit images and video
Choose visuals that explain something in the article. In the Editor, review image placement, cropping, and alternative text. Check embedded video playback and make sure every visual fits the section around it. Save and preview the finished article.
Review a bulk batch
Group topics by audience or theme, then generate a small batch first. Check the opening, headings, factual details, and overlap between drafts. Adjust your settings before expanding the batch. Each article still needs an individual editorial review.
Publish and improve
Preview on desktop and mobile, check links and formatting, and publish when the article is useful and accurate. Revisit it when facts change or readers raise new questions. Keep a record of substantive updates.
