Do I need an account before I contact you?

No. You can reach out with product questions even if you’re not logged in yet. If your question is about an existing subscription, include the email you used to sign up so we can look it up quickly.

How fast do you usually reply?

We aim to reply within one business day, often much faster. Complex technical issues may take longer, but we’ll let you know if we need extra time to investigate.

Can you review my current content strategy?

For larger teams and agencies, we’re happy to look at how you’re currently publishing and suggest ways to plug OptiDraft into your workflow. Mention “strategy review” in your message.
